Return Policy

1. Returns Eligibility:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must not be on our non-returnable list (e.g., personal care items or custom-made products).

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at oscarlim.business@outlook.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and a reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns in transit.

4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, you can initiate a return and place a new order. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

6. Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund for defective items that are returned within 14 days of delivery.
